We are approved fitters of the Firestone EPDM Rubber Roofing Membrane.
This is a rubber roof membrane which has a 20 year independent guarantee. But has a life expectancy of 40 to 50 years. There are no seams or heat work involved unlike Felt. It is easy to install, highly durable lightweight and eco friendly. The EPDM Rubber Roofing Membrane is suitable for Extensions, Garages, Verandas, Car Ports, Sheds, Dormers, and Gutters. It can be used on all domestic, industrial and commercial properties.
The roof membrane is applicable on any slope with high wind uplift performance. It is a lightweight system and is aesthetically pleasing. The membrane is fully adhered using a cold bonding adhesive and is made of a synthetic rubber compound. In our experience when a flat roof starts leaking a repair is not possible as the problem will just keep reoccurring. In the past we have supplied and fitted felt flat roofs but since the introduction of the Firestone EPDM Rubber Roofing Membrane we fill that this is a more superior and cost effective flat roof system.
